Shipping within the UK is 2-5 working days, Europe 5-7 working days and the rest of the world, 10-14 working days.

Missing or Lost Items

Remember, the item is not classified as ‘lost’ until it has been missing for 15 working days. For a Special Delivery™ item, the period is 10 days, for an international item, it is 30 days. After these periods you can submit a claim to us.

Above are the rules set out by royal mail, but in the mean time will go out of our way to help trace your package/s where possible.

We will only past your details over if we ever sell are business, if you do not give us permission please contact, or are required by law. Returns & Replacements
We follow the guidelines of the European Directive which is part of the UK Law - The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) regulations of 2000.

You have the right to cancel your order for any reason (including but not exclusively :not meeting your expectations, incorrect size, colour or damaged in transit) without stating your reason within 7 days of receipt of the goods.

The goods must be returned to our trading address in their original, unworn condition and you will have to pay the shipping costs

We will act quickly to process the cancellation and will always issue a refund within the statutory 30 days. We will acknowledge your cancellation within 48 hours.
Ordering
When you submit an order to us on our website you will receive an email confirming your order is being processed and you should check this email for accuracy and inform us of any error as soon as possible. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order by us. Your order will be accepted by us (and a contract will then be formed between us) when we despatch the goods to you. Title to the goods will pass to you on delivery.

Should you wish to cancel your order you should call or email us and quote the order refs number shown in your confirmation email. Any goods for return should be sent back to us in an unused condition and with their original packing. Postal cost for returning goods is at the customers expense unless the product is faulty. Please see our Contact Us section for address details.

DELIVERY

Some postal addresses in Northern Ireland, some offshore islands, some remote areas of Great Britain and BFPO addresses may not be covered by our delivery charges and it may prove difficult to arrange delivery to such addresses. We will however endeavour to arrange delivery and you will be informed of these arrangements and any additional costs in your confirmation email.

Although we undertake to despatch goods as soon as possible after receipt of your order we cannot guarantee a delivery date or time. We cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.

Under these terms and conditions please note that should you wish to return goods you have 28 days from receipt of the goods to do so.

Should an item be found to be faulty please contact us and we will arrange an appropriate remedy.

All prices shown on our website are inclusive of VAT. For postage costs please consult our post and packing page.

Any promotional offers, price reductions, sale offers or any other special requirements will be automatically applied to your order and shown in your confirmation email.

PROCESSING YOUR ORDER AND PAYMENT

Whilst it is our intention to keep our website up to date and error free, product descriptions or pricing errors may occur. If we discover such an error after you have placed an order with us, we will contact you prior to sending your order with the correct details. You may then either cancel your order or re-confirm it based on the correct information. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat your order as cancelled.
